The Hydrogen Health Portable Molecular Hydrogen Breathing System combines medical gas technology, advanced filtering and research-backed hydrogen concentrations in an everyday wellness tool. It makes molecular hydrogen (H₂) from distilled water and delivers it through a soft nasal cannula, so you can breathe it in while you work, read, meditate or rest.
Developed by Australian biomedical engineers, it uses intelligent sensors for continual purity analysis, adaptive safety programs and an automatic built-in cleaning cycle.
Why molecular hydrogen?
- Size. H₂ is the smallest molecule in nature. It diffuses into every organ and cell, reaching the cell nucleus and mitochondria, and can cross the blood–brain barrier where most antioxidants cannot.
- Antioxidant. Hydrogen is a selective antioxidant: it targets the most harmful free radicals and neutralises them, leaving only water behind. It also prompts the body to upregulate its own antioxidant enzymes.
- Signal. Hydrogen acts as a signalling molecule, with research into its roles in regulating oxidative stress and inflammation (Iketani and Ohsawa, 2017; Kura et al., 2019; Hu et al., 2020).

How it works
- Fill the tank with distilled water.
- Connect the nasal cannula and press start.
- Sit comfortably and breathe normally. Hydrogen Health suggests starting with 30 to 60 minute sessions.

Care
- Use distilled water only. It keeps the system efficient and stops minerals building up in the generating components and tank.
- Replace the water tank conditioning cartridge every 12 months.
- Replacement cannula packs (5) are available.
